Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate degree in business studies from a reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Exciting tasks await you:
∎ Make appropriate use of audit tools, guidance and methodology
∎ Take responsibility for deliverables and audit working papers and ensuring timely completion and review by partner
∎ Act as field manager and ensure that all findings and issues are properly documented and perform close down procedures
∎ Understand the wider audit timetable including reviewing and reporting deadlines, and make sure work is ready for review on a timely basis
∎ Supervise, communicate and perform primary review of associate's work, assessing its accuracy and relevance
∎ Coach and mentor associates and trainees
∎ Commit to audit quality and professional competence

Additional Requirements:
∎ Required:
∎ Completed CA articleship with reputed firm and passed application level / professional level
∎ Considerable knowledge and experience in audit and assurance
∎ Team management skills
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred:
∎ Prior work experience with Big 4 / MNC / local conglomerate
∎ Good knowledge of IFRS and ISA
