Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) or M. Com in Accounting & Finance with CA-CC.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Professional Training Course on Tally. ERP9
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Finance, Tally Software
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and Review Billing Processes (Accounts Payable/ Receivable).
∎ Prepare and maintain Bank related transactions in the recommended software.
∎ Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Maintain receipts and Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, Ledger and different register to Finance and Accounts.
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition.
∎ Maintain all account books/registers/ledgers etc.
∎ Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment transaction in Database.
∎ Prepare account reports that are Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow & others necessary statements -(monthly, half-yearly as well as yearly).
∎ Prepare monthly salary statements and arrange salary payments to the staff.
∎ Manage and disburse cash.
∎ Other tasks as assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge and experience in Tally.
∎ Must have good communication skills in English.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good computer and presentation skills.
∎ Report writing skills in Bengali and English.
∎ Planning and budgeting skills.
Salary: Negotiable
