Responsibilities & Context:
∎ You have to assist in Project Bill amount Recovery with Project Director and Others related with the Project/Projects.
∎ You have to Contact with Project Related Personals and Collect information about the Project/Projects.
∎ You have to facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties. You have to organize meetings, distribute agendas, and ensure follow-up actions are documented and completed.
∎ You have to collect Projects Technical Docs and continuously keep Communication for the progress.
∎ You have to keep Project related Office Files, make Reports of Projects Progress and Recovery Reports.
∎ You have to maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
∎ You have to provide administrative support to project managers and team members as needed, such as scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and preparing presentations or reports.
∎ You have to track project progress, monitor key performance indicators, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders and management.
∎ Identifying dependencies and obstacles of tasks and projects & resolving them to ensure smooth progression & completion.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
