Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demonstrate subject matter specialty on income tax and VAT, and ability to apply knowledge of current legislations and practices to client / business issues, and ability of understand and interpret the taxation and VAT law
∎ Ability to guide and manage clients' accounts on day-to-day tax and VAT compliance matters
∎ Analyze issues, prepare returns and other
∎ submissions to the tax / VAT authorities ensuring
∎ overall efficiency and tax / VAT optimization
∎ Draft client deliverables detailing interpretations of tax and VAT laws
∎ Assist clients in understanding tax / VAT disputes
∎ and identifying actions to be taken to resolve
∎ such disputes in line with relevant laws
∎ Represent tax / VAT issues of the clients before
∎ the tax and VAT authorities to ensure the best
∎ outcome / services for the clients in line with the
∎ laws
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' practical experience of working with big4 / MNC / local conglomerate in the area of tax and VAT
∎ In depth knowledge in local Income Tax and VAT laws
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill with ability to write reports independently
