Responsibilities & Context:
Should have clear Knowledge over VAT , SD & other VAT Form as per VAT & SD Act 2012 & rules 2016.
Maintaining purchase book (mushak-6.1), sales book (mushak-6.2) & purchase- sales book (mushak-6.2.1) in timely and accurately.
Practical knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Word & MS Excel) & VAT Software.
Properly maintain daily batch-wise FG (Finish Goods) stock with register; Maintain VAT Software and reconcile manual books.
Capable to issue mushak-6.3, 6.4, 6.5 ,6.7, 6.8 & 6.10. accurately.
Prepare and Submit 4.3 (Input-Output Co-efficient)
Maintain appropriate communication & liaison with the local VAT and customs office (division office, circle office etc.).
VAT-related register book, VAT Challan and other documents mentioned in the VAT Act must be properly preserved. ·
To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
