∎ Must have working experience in internal audit with large composite factories (knitting, Dyeing & Garments).
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct comprehensive internal audits to thoroughly assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management procedures, and compliance with regulations and company policies.
∎ Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance internal control structures, operational efficiency, and overall risk management.
∎ Prepare in-depth reports of audit findings, clearly outlining recommendations and presenting them to the management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and transparency.
∎ Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure consistent compliance with established policies and procedures, actively promoting a culture of accountability and risk mitigation across the organization.
∎ Verify all kinds of bills/vouchers to ensure the accuracy of the financial transactions and their proper entry into books of accounts.
∎ Perform physical verification of company inventory and fixed assets on time and report them to management.
∎ Physical market verification to ensure the market price of the locally purchased items where required and any significant deviation must be reported to the management.
