∎ M.Com./MBA (Finance/Banking/Accounting) from any reputed public/private university.
∎ Partly qualified from ICMAB (Level -II passed) is mandatory.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Cost & Management Accounting, Product Costing and budgeting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain pre-costing and post-costing database
∎ Conduct order/style-wise post costing, variance analysis with reasons and provide recommendations for minimizing variance
∎ Calculate cost of materials and prepare an expense analysis report
∎ Conduct productivity analysis
∎ Follow up orders with the bill of materials
∎ Maintain cost control policy of the entity
∎ Maintain stock valuation
∎ Prepare order closing report
∎ Ensure buyer-wise profitability analysis.
∎ Prepare monthly departmental budget, maintain budget database and variance analysis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Good in MS Excel, Powerpoint
∎ The incumbent should have at least 3 years of work experience in large knit garments/textile industries in the Costing & Budgeting Section
