∎ MBA or Master’s in Accounting or Finance.
∎ BBA in Accounting or Finance
∎ CA CC will be considered an advantage.

∎ Strong communication and analytical skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
∎ Prior work experience with ERP software for financial management.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
∎ Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in day-to-day financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
∎ Proficient in operating ERP software for recording transactions and reporting on timely basis.
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting standards with Income Tax, VAT, Companies Act, and other legal requirements.
∎ Provide insight into reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for decision-making by participating in the analysis of financial data to produce accurate and timely financial statements.
∎ Collaborate in monitoring expenses of cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Support cash flow and working capital management to facilitate daily operations and growth initiatives.
∎ Assist in the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with the executive team.
∎ Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables Management.
∎ Overseeing and managing the fixed assets of the organization, ensuring accurate records, compliance with accounting standards.
