Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Complete knowledge of Visa Documentation both online and offline for countries like US, UK, Schengen, Australia, Canada, UAE, SEA, etc.
∎ Advising Checklist of Visa Documentation to Applicants
∎ Advise applicants on the latest visa process updates and changes.
∎ Cross-sell VASCO services including Insurance, Hotel bookings, Flights, Forex, SIM Cards, etc.
∎ Operate POS system: record sales, send daily reports, and hand over cash to the Supervisor.
∎ Monitor store security; report thefts or risks promptly.
∎ Assist customers in selecting products and answering queries related to travel and other services.
∎ Maintain neat displays and inventory of all products.
∎ Promote and sell food, beverages, and tea items available at the outlet.
∎ Prepare products for sale, issue invoices, and keep shelves clean and stocked.
∎
