Additional Requirements:

1 to 3 years of sales experience preferred.

Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail.

Knowledge of customer service best practices and a desire to participate in training and professional development.

Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment.

Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Group of Companies.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.

• Familiarize yourself with the latest information about services and products available to customers.

• Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases

• Letting patrons know about additional products or services that might benefit them

• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions

• Troubleshooting common issues with products or services

• Proactively generate sales and promote the Company`s products

• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
