Responsibilities
Present, promote, and sell training solutions to existing and prospective customers using strong, persuasive communication.
Conduct cost–benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to identify and fulfill their requirements.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within deadlines (minimum one successful sale within 3 months is mandatory to qualify for permanent employment after the probation period of 6 months).
Coordinate sales activities with team members and other departments.
Analyze market potential, track sales, and prepare status reports.
Provide management with regular feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products/services.
Stay updated on best practices, industry trends, and promotional opportunities.
Actively meet clients 5–6 days a week and submit daily reports to your supervisor.
Update CRM, tasks, projects, and other assigned applications daily.
Digital Marketing & Creative Roles for Marketing Executive
Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Develop social media campaigns and strategies aligned with company goals.
Design eye-catching visuals, banners, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
