Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell training solutions to existing and prospective customers using strong, persuasive communication.

  • Conduct cost–benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to identify and fulfill their requirements.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within deadlines (minimum one successful sale within 3 months is mandatory to qualify for permanent employment after the probation period of 6 months).

  • Coordinate sales activities with team members and other departments.

  • Analyze market potential, track sales, and prepare status reports.

  • Provide management with regular feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products/services.

  • Stay updated on best practices, industry trends, and promotional opportunities.

  • Actively meet clients 5–6 days a week and submit daily reports to your supervisor.

  • Update CRM, tasks, projects, and other assigned applications daily.

Digital Marketing & Creative Roles for Marketing Executive

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Develop social media campaigns and strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Design eye-catching visuals, banners, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; prepare monthly reports with insights and improvement suggestions.

  • Coordinate online advertising and promotion campaigns to reach target audiences.

  • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital platforms.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience is mandatory.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to maintain professional business relationships.

  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to demonstrate a proven sales track record.

  • Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation.

  • Graphic design skills with experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

  • Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations to different audiences.

  • Strong relationship management skills and openness to constructive feedback.
