Responsibilities & Context:
Proactively initiate and handle calls to default customers with a focus on recovery commitment date.
Generate comprehensive reports detailing recovery progress, customer interactions.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all communication and transactions related to recovery efforts.
Collaborate with team members to streamline recovery strategies and share valuable insights.
Ensure seamless coordination within the team to optimize overall recovery performance.
Provide instant and efficient back-office support addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Foster positive relationships with default customers through professional and empathetic communication.
Propose and implement improvements to existing recovery processes based on data-driven insights.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
To carry out any other assignment given from time to time by Supervisor.
