We are seeking a high-potential Research & Development (R & D) professional to join as an Executive, R & D to work closely with senior leadership to enhance organizational capability and strengthen the leadership pipeline.

Core Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Research and develop new food products, recipes, and formulations.

• Sample Preparation: Prepare product samples and prototypes for trials and sensory evaluation.

• Trials & Testing: Conduct laboratory tests, shelf-life studies, and production trials.

• Data Analysis: Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.

• Product Improvement: Monitor existing products and recommend improvements for cost or quality optimization.

• Documentation: Maintain precise records of R & D formulations, trial outcomes, and specifications.

• SOP Preparation: Write technical documents, product specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Production, QA/ QC, Procurement, and Marketing teams.

• Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
