Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our Production Department as an Executive at Rangs Pharmaceuticals Ltd. The selected candidate will report directly to the Production Manager and play a key role in ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review production schedules to meet monthly production targets.
- Prepare batch documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Train operators on SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
- Ensure accurate completion of batch documents at each workstation and review them before proceeding to the next step.
- Maintain cleanliness of production areas, equipment, and other necessary facilities.
- Assess resource requirements and raise requisitions accordingly.
- Provide verbal and written reports to the Production Manager.
- Supervise processes, including monitoring operators, helpers, and team leaders.
- Manage software-related activities such as process order creation, requisition, batch determination, confirmation, and transfer of finished goods to the warehouse.
- Perform capacity calculations for different workstations.
- Prepare manpower shifting schedules.
- Participate in equipment qualification and process validation activities and ensure documentation compliance.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
