Responsibilities & Context:
- 1) Raw materials verification, dispensing, rechecking and supervision of whole process such as WFI taking, mixing, filtration, filling, visual inspection, arranging & sterilization.
- 2) Supervision of packing operation: line clearance, batch coding, visual inspection, sealing, cartoning, labeling etc.
- 3) Returning of batch wise primary and secondary packaging material through ERP software.
- 4) Transferring and reconciliation of batch wise product in BPR and ERP software.
- 5) Batch initiation such as requisition of raw, primary & secondary packaging material in BMR, BPR & ERP software.
- 6) Scrutinization & calculation of staff’s daily overtime.
