Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attendance & Follow-ups: Conduct daily attendance calls, track student attendance records, and follow up with parents regarding absences to ensure timely updates.
∎ Payment & Dues Management: Complete all due calls, notify parents of outstanding fees, provide necessary clarifications, and assist in resolving payment-related concerns.
∎ Student Data Management: Organize, update, and maintain accurate student records in the ERP system, ensuring all information is systematically recorded and easily accessible.
∎ ID & Authorization Card: Arrange, coordinate, and distribute ID Cards and Authorization Cards.
∎ Admissions Support: Assist the admissions team by conducting school tours for prospective parents and students, providing detailed insights into academic programs, extracurricular activities, and school policies.
∎ Parent Relations Support: Assist parents in the absence of Parent Relations executives and document their concerns or issues.
∎ Contact parents with payment irregularities and poor attendance to address cases as a strategy of withdrawal prevention.
∎ Parent Communication & Event Coordination: Serve as primary contact for parents, keeping them informed about school updates and engaging them in various school events.
∎ Actively participate in initiatives like the GlenQuest Olympiad and coordinate parental involvement.
∎ SLT Support: Assist the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in managing parent concerns, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and ensuring effective communication between parents and school administration.
∎ Student Attendance Follow-Up: Monitor student attendance closely, communicate with parents regarding repeated absences, and ensure necessary actions are taken to maintain regular attendance.
∎ Documentation & Certification: Prepare and process essential student documents, including No Objection Certificates (NOC), Study Certificates, Transfer Certificates (TC), and other required paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
