Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise among client, sales team and technical team to ensure the project work is completed as per client requirements
∎ Possess thorough knowledge on ERP and work as a mediator between the client and the technical team to ensure technical and quality requirements are adhered
∎ Arrange, coordinate and execute meetings among the client, sales team and the technical team
∎ Work on Client Requirement Documentation (CRS) and ensure all the required documents are prepared on time
∎ Provide all necessary support to clients related to ERP implementation
∎ Provide ERP user training to clients
∎ Strong programming skills & highly proficient in C++, PHP(CakePHP, Laravel).
∎ Design, code, test and implement according to software design specifications following standard coding styles and
∎ practices.
∎ Analyze the requirements and understand the deliverables.
∎ Develop software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
∎ Participate in code/ design reviews after investigating current software development projects.
∎ Seek out new technologies and ideas to add value to project.
∎ Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command of English
∎ Should be smart, dynamic, sincere, hardworking, self-motivated and capable to achieve target.
∎ Should have strong negotiation skill and strategic thinking ability.
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication skills both in both English & Bangla
