Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist HoD in successful implementation of marketing & communication Plan for the particular task.
∎ Taking active part in enhancing visibility of the company brand among target market by various campaign.
∎ Maintain effective guideline from HoD and management member for keeping marketing plans within Specified Budgets.
∎ Take necessary step for following guideline of line manager for increasing customer count & achieve annual business objective & sales target by implementing sustainable marketing plan.
∎ Maintain sustainable communication with marketing agency for marketing, branding and various campaign purpose of the company.
∎ Work closely with the agency with marketing strategies, designs and communications.
∎ Plan, design, create and implement creative marketing ideas and strategies which ensures credible marketing stance in the market.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to work under pressure, smooth negotiation ability with internal and external customer. Multi-function skill is pre-requisite criteria for this position.
∎ Good computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook etc.) applications. Must be proficient in using graphics design software.
∎ Must have good communication skills in Bengali & English.
