Responsibilities & Context:
Regular communication with existing buyers on need basis.
Order procurement & finalizing the PO & PI.
Coordination with PPIC (for RM & PM) & factory personnel for ensuring timely production and facilitating the shipments.
Communication with freight forwarder & local transport provider for shipment & processing corresponding documents and final bills.
Communication for shipment processing & remittance (TT processing/LC confirmation).
Sales/shipment value review on a monthly basis.
Developing new buyer or exploring new business opportunities and working with different departments for successive business initiation.
