Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule internals calls with the interview team.
∎ Support in the creation and updating of Status Reports, Candidate Profiles and Position Specifications
∎ Management and scheduling candidate interviews with recruiters and hiring managers, including distribution of interview schedules and evaluations
∎ Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans in the organization.
∎ Develop plans for job posting optimization, talent planning, and execute as per needed.
∎ Ensure providing positive candidate experience and assist employee retention and development through interactive induction process.
∎ Build a quality relationship with the internal customers or officials, and external national and international recruitment agencies, job portals, academic and training institutes.
∎ Assist day-to-day recruitment operations to check and balance requirements with talent pipeline
∎ Track and prioritize requests while monitoring sensitive timelines, deadlines and confidential materials.
