Job Responsibilities
In charge is responsible for overseeing day-to-day lab operations, manage lab personnel, equipment, and supplies
He/she will ensure Product Quality as per Customer Requirements.
He/she will ensure sample processing, quality control, and data analysis.
Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory.
Ensure timely delivery laboratory results.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Collaborate other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective laboratory
Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to technical problems with products and services.
Providing product and service training to customer requirements.
Staying up-to-date with product and service updates and changes to provide accurate and relevant technical support to customers.
