Accounting and Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Share Brokerage/ Securities House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Preparation of Annually & Quarterly Financial Statement
∎ Ensure reporting to the DSE, CSE & BSEC within deadline and maintain strong liaison with regulators
∎ Clear knowledge about NCB, CCA & RBCA reporting and Bank Reconciliation of CCBA
∎ Cash & Bank management efficiently & verify daily fund position
∎ Verify regular transaction, payment & journal posting
∎ Supervising the internal control & AML/CFT compliance properly
∎ Manage annual & quarterly audit (both internal & external)
∎ Prepare monthly MIS report for management purpose
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following area(s): Brokerage House, Capital Market
∎ Sound Knowledge of BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL rules & regulations
∎ Fluency in back office software & MS Office applications
