Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ professional certification from ICAB ICMAB,CACC
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Tally ERP 9, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and Finance, Taxation
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for regular bill processing & provision with proper approval.
∎ Responsible for cheque printing, signing & Disbursement.
∎ TDS-AIT & VAT Challan prepared & maintained.
∎ Maintaining & controlling of all stationary items.
∎ Responsible for salary & casuals payment.
∎ Manage inventory and monitor material usage according to production reports.
∎ Record manufacturing journal entries in the organization's tally database.
∎ Monitor/maintain petty cash account and reconcile bank/cash ledger.
∎ Verify suppliers' bills and facilitate payments upon receiving proper approvals.
∎ Monitor/verify expense vouchers according to management-approved expenses.
∎ Records purchase, sales, return, and payment vouchers in accounting system regularly.
∎ Frequently communicate with the factory employee(s), collect relevant operation and production info to monitor production progress.
∎ Perform inspection and audit to verify physical stocks quantity and operations.
∎ Prepare and duly submit periodic financial and stock reports to management.
∎ Maintain dealers' and suppliers' ledger and record relevant received and payment entries.
∎ Keep organizations license, copyright, and other relevant documents updated & negotiate with Govt. offices (if necessary) and monitor VAT-related activities.
∎ Maintain employee attendance and prepare monthly payroll.
∎ Any activities and/or periodic projects assigned by supervisor.
∎ Regular basis reporting to Company CFO as required time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Mindset, Adaptability, Creativity, Specialized Knowledge, Communication & Integrity.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 28000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will increase according to work efficiency.
