• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication and accurate documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and handle routine tasks efficiently.

• Assist in maintaining fixed asset register and update movements as per company policy.
• Support inventory and stock-related accounting tasks, including reconciliations and stock audits.
• Provide support in internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to queries.
• Prepare and maintain proper financial records and documentation in compliance with audit and statutory requirements.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.
• Ensure all data entry and record-keeping are properly maintained in the SAP system.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and clarify financial entries.
• Perform any other accounting-related duties as assigned by supervisors
