Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide first aid and immediate medical treatment for factory staff during working hours.
- Conduct routine health checkups for workers and maintain health records and monitor accordingly.
- Conduct workplace hygiene inspections and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Law, Factories Act and health standards.
- Support employee well-being initiatives and stress management programs.
