∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer focused, achieve overall satisfaction by communicating with customer/Dealer.
∎ Response and attempt regular customer complain visit.
∎ Resolving issues in a timely manner. Respond to Customer and get answered quickly.
∎ Keep the resolutions time relatively low. Customer issues need to be resolved in a short time.
∎ Quick response & ensure customer retention through proper service.
∎ Understand how to deal with complaints better compared to competitors.
∎ Managing Customer/Client complaints.
∎ Maintain a thorough understanding of company process and policy requirements.
∎ Develop and maintain effective working relationships with different business units and across other functional groups.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in the ceramics industry, preferably in customer service.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
∎ Empathy and the ability to connect with customers on an emotional level.
∎ Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
∎ A proactive mindset and a continuous improvement mindset.
