Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation with a focus on Accounting from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure that invoicing meets all statutory/legislative requirements;
∎ Ensuring e-billing requirements are met;
∎ To Check client invoices in accordance with instructions from customers;
∎ To Ensure job closing against customer invoice
∎ To ensure customer Billing on Time
∎ To minimize the gap of invoice submission and service completion
∎ To Check rate card as per contract for billing purpose
∎ To ensure all approved costs are bill back to client or not
∎ To ensure scope of work and billing amount
∎ To compliance of VAT & Tax Law
∎ To provide monthly reporting of Billing /DBO (Days Bill of Outstanding)
∎ To keep record of invoice submission date

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years’ experience in relevant field.
∎ Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and technical capacity.
∎ Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
∎ Goal-oriented, organized team player.
∎ Self-motivated and self-directed.
∎ Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
∎ Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
∎ Basic computer skills, and experience with Tally software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
∎ Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts.
