Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post graduation degree in Accounting or relevant subject from any reputed public or private university. Graduates with CGPA 3.50 and above will be given preference.

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Utilize ADP software to process and manage payroll for employees.
∎ Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
∎ Review and validate timesheets, timecards, and other relevant data.
∎ Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
∎ Manage and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
∎ Match purchase orders with invoices and verify supporting documentation.
∎ Prepare and process payments to vendors, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
∎ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Generate customer invoices and statements using QuickBooks.
∎ Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances.
∎ Process customer payments and apply them accurately to accounts.
∎ Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
∎ Stay informed about payroll tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles.
∎ Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to payroll and financial transactions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience with ADP for payroll processing and QuickBooks for accounts payable/receivable.
∎ Expert in Microsoft office suite.
∎ Strong English written and verbal communication skill.
∎ Strong problem-solving ability.
∎ Possess excellent Attention to detail skill.
∎ Time management skill.
