∎ Strong written and verbal communication skill.
∎ Quick books, NetSuite experience would be preferable.
∎ Time management skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation.
∎ Prepare different types of billing voucher in excel.
∎ Prepare invoice in excel.
∎ Contact with overseas Accounts Payable parties.
∎ Generate reports from web-based software.
∎ Submit daily work summary report to in charge.
∎ Problem diagnosis and solving the problem.
∎ Other services as required by the management of Blue Pineapple Technology Ltd.
