Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years’ industrial experience in field sales and/or sales management required in gas industry, chemical/other manufacturing; Experience in gas market segment preferred, specific territory required if any.
∎ High level of questioning/probing skills to uncover issues and create value for customers
∎ A sense of urgency and responsiveness to make immediate action to resolve customer issues required
∎ Skilled in time and territory management
∎ Financial skills with strong analytical approach, and sound planning and organizing skills essential
∎ Strong communications skills (advanced presentations at all levels, negotiation, conflict resolution)
∎ Language Skills – Fluent in both written and spoken English
∎ Experienced in use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.

∎ Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial drive and financial skills with strong analytical approach

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Translate the business strategy into local strategy and action plans and plan, monitor and guide sales and service activities of the territory
∎ Searching for prospects to ensure planned growth expectation and promote new products/application in the market and provide technical support, product support and administration support to all the staff reporting to the jobholder
∎ Visiting customers, Resellers, Retails and Sales centers on a regular basis and undertake customer complaint handling, appointment of resellers/ agents to ensure product proximity to customers
∎ Identify and resolving employee problems through open one-on-one discussions. Encourage open door policy to all as a means of resolving employee problems and evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development
∎ Maintaining of safety standard as per NOSA, Group directive and statutory regulations for sales centers and keep good and effective liaison with Government authorities and other financial bodies
∎ Ensuring the IMS/IMSS implementation
∎ Overseeing administrative jobs relating to Sales Centers
