Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Prepare and develop Architectural design with focus on green and sustainable concept, must be passionate about protecting the environment with analytic design knowledge for buildings and structures of different project of BRAC.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare sustainable and ecofriendly design and details working drawing with specification and information etc. with the guidance and consultation with Ad. Ch Architect.
∎ Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.
∎ Making perspective (3D) rendering and animation of building/structure/site for presentation to the higher management.
∎ Build landscape, architectural and display models.
∎ Guide the Assistant architects to organize complete set of drawings and supply to implementation unit.
∎ Make necessary modification, if any, considering the site requirements, in consultation with Additional Ch Architect.
∎ Prepare drawings for different Govt. and Local Authorities for approval.
∎ Entering, transcribing, recording, storing or maintaining information and drawing in written or electronic/magnetic form.
∎ Coordinate structural, electrical and mechanical designs with architectural design solution.
∎ Operate computer-aided drafting equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms and records.
∎ Guide and assist to prepare as built design of completed projects

Additional Requirements:
∎ Auto Computer-Aided Design (CAD) 2D and 3D Max.
∎ Produce smart designs and use available technologies to ensure that structures generate minimal harmful effects to the ecosystem and the communities 2D and 3D Max.

∎ Knowledge on RAJUK and Other design approval authority rules and regulations.
∎ Knowledge on Sustainable /green architectural design.
∎ Drafting and Design Standards

∎ At least 4 years of working experience in relevant field.
