∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Ability to maintain work in time pressure, Accounting, cash management, Computer skill, Excellent communication skill, Skills in preparing financial reports, Team working skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To generate daily reports.
∎ To collect cash & deposit it in designated banks.
∎ To monitor the collection of deposited instruments.
∎ To maintain petty cash of depot.
∎ To reconcile day-to-day activities with head office.
∎ To prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports.
∎ Issuing Cheque for Money Withdraw,Supplier Payment,PF payment from Bank
∎ Responsible for Dollar Transfer USD to BDT
∎ Prepared Monthly Company Salary
∎ Prepared Monthly Company Fund Plan
∎ Prepared Deposit remittance Summary
∎ EPZ bill submit to BEPZA office & EPZ Medical
∎ Monthly Financial REPORT prepared
∎ Quarterly FDI REPORT prepared
∎ FDI report submit to Bank on submission
∎ Help to handle and monitor warehouse process management, in and out of materials data audit
∎ Check the data of ERP and warehouse, solve if any problems find out
∎ All accountant related job
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 year(s) work experiences as accounts position
∎ Have warehouse management experience
∎ Experience of operating ERP software will be good
∎ With Chinese company job experience is preferred
∎ Having 01-year experience relevant position will be given preference.
∎ Excellent communication in English (Written & Verbal) and Interpersonal skills.
∎ Efficiency, flexibility, high level of professionalism and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be self-driven and hardworking.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer application.
