∎ Skills Required: Accounting, Accounting Software, Tally, Tally ERP 9, Tally ERP9, Tally Software
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tally, Tally ERP 9, Tally ERP9, Tally Software
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Needs to complete these daily tasks:
∎ 1) Money Collection & Submission to bank,
∎ 2) Inventory Adjustment,
∎ 3) Cheque collection & deposit,
∎ 4) Report to admin,
∎ 5) Posting in Tally.ERP 9
∎
∎ Needs to remain updated about Cheque Bounce Status
∎ Need to have a good command over iBanking maintenance
∎ Daily, Weekly, Monthly maintenance of all payment modes (POS, SSL, bKash)
∎ Need to look over all the e-commerce payment (Daraz, Priyoshop, Evaly)
∎ Due Collection & Due Sheet Maintaining (From Service & Dealer)
∎ Inventory Management
∎ Cash Payment voucher entry in Tally (should be Expert with Tally. ERP 9)
∎ Salary & Incentive Disbursement
∎ Monthly Sales Payment Received Report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of two years' experience as an Accounts Executive or a similar role
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Monthly BDT 25,000/- (Negotiable)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Other benefits as per company policy
