Accounts, Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare daily sales, collection and receivable MPO wise
∎ Deposit of sales collection to Bank and confirmation of credit through head office daily
∎ To send depot cash accounting statement/ daily deposit of remittance to head office
∎ To prepare bank/cash reconciliation in ERP software on daily basis
∎ To maintain petty cash book on daily basis
∎ To prepare and maintain petty cash vouchers and books of accounts
∎ To prepare monthly physical stock report and sending to head office
∎ Stock reconciliation between ERP and Physical inventory at month end
∎ Sending of all expense vouchers/ documents of expenses adjustment, if any to head office
∎ Keeping safe custody of all important documents in depot
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Advance knowledge in Microsoft word and excel
∎ Speaking and writing skill in English is compulsory
∎ Positive attitude and good interpersonal skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ Honest, sincere, self-starter and creative thinker
∎ Strong reference is required
