Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of financial statements and necessary reports (monthly / quarterly) as required by the management.
∎ Prepare sales & bank reconciliation statement
∎ Maintain cash & bank book, general ledger book, party ledger book, and other relevant registers.
∎ Prepare monthly, weekly reconciliation report.
∎ Daily, weekly and Monthly accounts related report preparation and checking
∎ Notify and report to senior management concerning any trends that are critical to the organization's financial performance.
∎ Bank & Cash posting in Tally Software.
∎ Receive cheque & cash from concerned department & deposit to the bank.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven Experience both in the local and multinational work environment preferable in Garments Accessories.
∎ Pro-actively Trouble shoot and problem-solving capacity.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills for building collaborative work relationships within the team.
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and speaking in English.
∎ Well conversant in MS-office, especially in tally software.
∎ Sound Knowledge about journals, accounting books, Microsoft Excel & Word
Salary: Negotiable
