    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Skills Required: Accounts and Finance,Procurement and Logistics,VAT and Tax

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 27 to 40 years

The candidate should have a strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) & computer operating skills. Sincere, Dedicated, Positive, Pro-active & Honest.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Checking all sorts of bills, vouchers, invoices, and day-to-day cash and bank accounts

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.

  • Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns as per legal requirements.

  • Prepare and submit monthly income tax returns (TDS) for the organization.

  • Record bank transactions, receipts, and disbursements.

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations.

  • Disbursement of Payment, Ensuring records and reconciliation.

  • Fund management as per project guidelines

  • Handling salary & all kinds of employee payments by maintaining confidentiality.

  • Ensure compliance with tax deductions, benefits, and other statutory obligations.

  • Maintain proper records and assist external auditors during annual audits and financial assessments.

  • Bank & Vendor Coordination Handle bank deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliation.

  • Liaise with vendors for payments, invoices, and credit terms.

  • Assist with recruitment logistics and on-boarding documentation

  • Keep employee records, contracts, and official correspondence updated and easily accessible.

  • Prepare and circulate office notices, memos, and meeting minutes.

  • Filing of vouchers & other payment related documents.

  • Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
