Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Depot Account
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verifying vouchers.
∎ Preparing expense bills.
∎ Maintaining petty cash.
∎ Preparing journal entries.
∎ Preparing cash debit vouchers.
∎ Providing VAT invoices.
∎ Making cash withdrawals from bank.
∎ Maintaining vehicle movement register.
∎ Checking broken products and returned damaged products from customers.
∎ Preparing receipts and payment account.
∎ Reconciling of liquid cash balance with ERP balance.
∎ Preparing monthly expenditure statement.
∎ Preparing VAT requisition.
∎ Depositing VAT treasury deposit
∎ Paying off electricity bill
∎ Withdrawing of vehicle police cases
∎ Assisting Internal Audit in performing Depot audit.
∎ Prepare data entry processing into Accounting (ERP) Software.
∎ Preparing fund requisition.
∎ Preparing monthly movement vehicle report.
∎ Checking of vehicle log book.
∎ Ensure documentation process of all bills like Suppliers bill, C & F agents bill, Mobile bill, Credit Card bill and factory Payment in line with company's laid down policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work in a factory/Depot environment
∎ Handle Automated Accounting Software/ ERP
