Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Gulshan-1
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparation of all kinds of accounting bills or invoices through Accounting Software 'Tally' and 'ERP' also prepare all adjustment entries and maintaining of records thereon.
∎ Maintenance of cash, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to Finance & Accounts
∎ Responsible for communicating with customers and collect payments.
∎ Responsible for doing tasks relating to financing from banks.
∎ Responsible for checking of billings to customers and maintain records of sales by-products and by segments.
∎ Responsible for the reconciliation of bank accounts.
∎ Monthly closing of the accounts and reporting to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having good writing and speaking abilities in English is a must.
∎ Having working experience with accounting software like Tally is desirable.
∎ Having knowledge about Accrual Basis Accounting with sound knowledge of Double Entry System (Debit-Credit knowledge) is needed.
∎ Having working experience of data manipulation with MS Excel is looked for.
Salary: Negotiable
