Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of BOQ and MOQ as per design.
∎ Estimation and costing of construction materials and construction works.
∎ Prepare detail quantity estimate of structural and finishing items.
∎ Prepare rate analysis and unit price of structural and finishing items.
∎ Preparation of items specifications.
∎ Coordination with Architects, Structural Engineer/Electrical Engineer/Plumbing Engineer/Consultants to prepare the BOQ.
∎ All type of construction bill checking as per BOQ & Measurement Book.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction, Project Management, Project Planning, Real estate Developer
∎ Sound judgment and excellent IT skill
∎ High attention to details, ability to analyze information
∎ Superior written and verbal communication
∎ Ability to work independently and as a team
∎ Strong leadership skill, capability to work under pressure
∎ Energy, creativity, flexibility, adaptability, sincerity and honesty
∎ Hands on experience in Construction and supervision of high rise building.
