Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature / ELT / Applied Linguistics (O & A Level background preferred).
Strong knowledge of Phonetics (IPA standard).
Familiarity with ESL / EFL curriculum as per CEFR guidelines.
Prior teaching experience in reputed English medium schools or ESL programs preferred.
Fresh graduates with a strong command of English may also apply
Responsibilities & Context:
Teach the ALOHA English curriculum (aligned with CEFR standards) to students of different age groups.
Create an engaging, student-friendly classroom environment that builds confidence in English communication.
Focus on phonetics, grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, listening, and spoken English.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with branch coordinators and report to the Department Coordinator
