Help students improve spoken English, including:

Plan and deliver interactive speaking activities (role-plays, discussions, real-life scenarios)
Identify students’ weaknesses and provide constructive feedback
Encourage students to speak English naturally and correctly
Maintain a friendly, supportive, and motivating learning environment
Track student progress and report improvements regularly
Follow a structured syllabus or customize lessons based on learner needs
