• Patient Care and Monitoring: Assist with daily activities such.

• Communication and Documentation: Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments.

• Emergency & Critical Care: Respond quickly to emergencies

• Call patients and monitor patients health conditions over the phone.
• Keep accurate patient records and document treatments.
• Communicate with patients and families about care plans over the phone call.
• Over the phone call provide guidance on medication adherence and side effects.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment.
• Advocate for patient needs and well-being
