Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor degree in any engineering discipline preferably in EEE, Mechanical or Chemical from a well-known university with minimum CGPA of 3.00.

Job Context:
∎ Permanent Full-time position
∎ Position based in Rupganj Production Centre, Narayanganj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate, monitor, and control the process parameters of the plant and power generators for optimum productivity.
∎ Responsible for shift schedule management including workstation assignment, employee training, employee vacation, break, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
∎ Responsible for quality control, adjust as necessary during shift to produce product within specification.
∎ Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
∎ Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of engine, manufacturing equipment, engine assembly lines and manufacturing processes, as well as providing cost reduction analysis, and improving manufacturing and assembly line processes regarding cost and efficiency.
∎ Ensure preventive and routine maintenance and trouble shooting of plant and generator.
∎ Communicate with vendors and suppliers in consultation with procurement team
∎ Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
∎ Strong communication skills and exceptional self- motivation combined with an appetite for challenges.
∎ Excellent English & Bangla language skills to enable you to work effectively with our diverse teams right from the start.
∎ IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
∎ Highly organized and able to manage a broad portfolio of activities independently
Salary:
∎ Monthly salary ranges from Tk. 50,000.00 to 80,000.00 per month based on experience and competency
