Job Responsibilities:
∎ To organize and plan all the generator maintenance work.
∎ To monitoring the smooth operation of the power generation.
∎ To organize and planning the preventive and schedule maintenance of the generator.
∎ To check and ensure the smooth operation of softener plant and booster pump.
∎ To prepare spare parts list of the generator.
∎ To communicate with line manager time to time.
∎ To communicate with subordinate time to time for better production.
∎ To ensure smooth operation of air condition work of the generator control room.
∎ To advise to the subordinate regarding technical related work.
∎ To ensure safety of the people to do section related work.
∎ To prepare monthly duty roaster of the electrical section.
∎ To teach and advise to the subordinate regarding technical related work.
∎ Manpower setting, monitoring daily duty schedule, leaves & other facilities and communication with HR for official roles and regulation for smooth operation of department.
∎ HSE Responsibilities:
∎ Understand and adhere with all Health, Safety and Environmental Policies, procedures, instructions, activities and evidence related to Generator.
∎ Participate to identify environmental aspects/impacts, hazards identification, risk assessment and risk control.
∎ Attend in HSE related training, meeting, emergency situations (as applicable), occupational health and job site safety, incidents/accidents, tool- box talks for the workforce.
∎ Communicate to the Head or In-charge for any HSE related issues.
∎ Participants in HSE inspection as applicable.
∎ Participate in HSE assessment/audits to identify areas of improvement and implementation of measures and arrangements identified as necessary from the assessments/audits.
∎ Provide Monthly HSE Performance Reports to the Department Head or In-charge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Well conversant in Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ Candidates must have high interpersonal, communication, management skills, and the ability to make quick decisions.
∎ Willing to stay beside the factory at his own accord and provide emergency support any time when a critical situation arises in machine troubleshooting.
∎ Ownership mentality, dedicated to his responsibilities.
