Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years working experience in WASH project implementation in any reputed NGO.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare infrastructure activities plan as per project design.
∎ Prepare scheme list through consultation with CiC and community.
∎ Prepare an effective monthly work plan and implement accordingly.
∎ Responsible for overall implementation of the project infrastructures
∎ Ensure quality implementation of FSM scheme construction
∎ Ensure formation of PIC for every scheme.
∎ Supervise all infrastructure activities implemented in the field
∎ Maintain coordination with CiC, site management , IVY Japan, NGOs and donors in implementing the activities.
∎ Facilitate periodic visits by donor and other stakeholders.
∎ Support concerned authorities and stakeholders for conducting Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) activities.
∎ Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and final programmatic report to Project Coordinator.
∎ Ensure monthly, quarterly and final report to PC and Mukti Management.
∎ Ensure any other reports to management as and when necessary.
∎ Any Other tasks required by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Self-directed and able to lead a team.
∎ A mature outlook and strong commitment to work with NGO
∎ Must be skilled in preparing report
∎ Experience of networking and mobilization of local communities
∎ Strong computer, organizational and time management skills
∎ Good verbal and written communication skill in English.
∎ Strong knowledge and understanding of different government structure
∎ Ability to communicate in local dialect (Chittagonian Dialect) will be an asset.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 57000 - 59583 (Monthly)
∎ As per project provision
