• Age 35 to 40 years

• HSC with 15 years of Experience

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, motors, control systems, and associated equipment across the facility.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and utility equipment including HVAC systems, cleanroom electricals, lighting panels, and PLC-based control systems.

• Conduct routine inspection and testing of the earthing systems for electrical panels and equipment to ensure safety and compliance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in automated and manual systems to minimize downtime.

• Ensure all electrical work is carried out in compliance with applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and GMP requirements.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance tasks, service records, and electrical schematics as per regulatory standards.

• Support equipment qualification, validation, and requalification activities in coordination with engineering and quality teams.

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

• Participate in planned shutdowns, electrical system upgrades, and installation of new equipment or power systems.

• Ensure electrical installations and operations are compliant with FDA, MHRA, WHO, and other relevant regulatory authority standards.

• Assist in identifying and implementing energy-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives.

• Monitor, calibrate, and maintain electrical instruments, sensors, and control devices.

• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized services, system upgrades, or major electrical works.

• Complete any other duties assigned by the supervisor or department head.
