Training or certifications in electrical safety, UPS, power systems, or data center infrastructure are preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, wiring, earthing, grounding, circuit protection, and electrical safety.
Hands-on experience with distribution boards, electrical panels, circuit breakers, electrical cabling, and load calculations.
Practical knowledge of UPS systems, battery banks, power backup, and power conditioning.Understanding of generator integration, ATS/AMF systems, and emergency power arrangements.
Knowledge of data center power distribution, rack Power Distribution Units (PDUs), redundant power feeds, and equipment load planning.
Familiarity withHVAC power requirements and electrical coordination for data center cooling infrastructure.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings, Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs), wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
Knowledge of electrical testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and applicable safety standards.

Knowledge of electrical requirements for server racks, networking equipment, storage systems, and cooling infrastructure.
Experience in electrical testing, commissioning, power monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
Ability to prepare electrical drawings, BoQs, test reports, and commissioning documentation.
Responsibilities & Context
Design, install, inspect, and maintain electrical infrastructure supporting ICT projects and data center operations.
Conduct site surveys and assess electrical load, power availability, distribution requirements, and equipment placement.
Coordinate installation of electrical panels, cabling, earthing, UPS systems, batteries, and rack PDUs.
Verify power capacity and redundancy requirements for servers, network equipment, storage systems, and other ICT infrastructure.
Coordinate with UPS, generator, HVAC, and electrical equipment suppliers and contractors.
Supervise electrical installation and ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety requirements.
Conduct electrical testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
Monitor power consumption, identify electrical risks, and recommend improvements in reliability and energy efficiency.
Prepare electrical drawings, BoQs, testing reports, as-built documentation, and project completion reports.
Coordinate with network, system, cloud, project management, and client teams to ensure successful ICT infrastructure implementation.
