- Must have strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, VAT & Tax, Auditing, and Financial Reporting.
- Practical experience in manufacturing or 100% export-oriented companies will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Export LC, Export Proceeds Realization, Bank Reconciliation, and foreign currency transactions will be an advantage.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally Prime or ERP.
- Ability to prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, cash flow reports, and management reports.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy in financial records.
- Professional qualifications such as CA (ACA/FCA), CA-CC, CMA, or ACCA will be preferred.
- Must be honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Responsibilities & Context
Supervise and manage the company's overall accounting and financial activities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets.
Manage daily cash, bank transactions, payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and journal entries.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and monitor bank balances.
Oversee VAT, Tax, TDS/VDS, and other applicable regulatory compliance.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer ledgers, and supplier ledgers.
Monitor export-related financial transactions, LC payments, export proceeds realization, and outstanding payments.
Supervise inventory accounting, factory expenses, production costs, and product costing.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities.
Ensure proper documentation and support internal and external audits.
Prepare financial reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and management reports.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
Maintain accounting records using Tally Prime/ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for better decision-making.
