Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide expert counseling to students on educational opportunities and career paths in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, and other key countries.
∎ Stay updated on the latest developments, admission requirements, and trends in these primary countries as well as other prominent educational locations.
∎ Collaborate with junior counselors to ensure accurate and comprehensive student guidance.
∎ Assist students with application processes, including university selection, documentation, and visa procedures.
∎ Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to help students make informed decisions about their education and careers.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Deep knowledge of global education systems, with a primary focus on the UK, USA, Australia, and Canada, and an awareness of other major study destinations.
∎ Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in education counseling or a related role.
∎ Proven skills in counseling and guiding students through educational and career planning.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively with a team, including junior counselors.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Postgraduate degree in any field.
∎ At least 01 year of experience in education counseling or a similar sector.
∎ Relevant certifications (e.g., IATC) are advantageous.
