Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain a welcoming and professional work environment
∎ Make outbound calls to potential students with a minimum of 80 to 90 calls daily
∎ Ensure to work on a minimum of 30 convertible leads and 15 potential files on a daily basis.
∎ Identify and qualify high-potential leads
∎ Categorize leads into different stages such as cold, appointment booked, and future interest
∎ Update and manage all lead statuses on the CRM in real-time
∎ Provide regular updates on applications, offer letters, and payments
∎ Ensure timely file processing within 72 hours
∎ Train and support applicants for university and visa interviews
∎ Actively participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and seminars
∎ Willingness to be involved in promotional videos and live sessions
∎ Strong knowledge of university admissions and visa procedures
∎ Goal-oriented, ambitious, and able to meet targets
∎ Must be physically and mentally fit to attend office regularly,
∎ Demonstrate maturity to undertake management responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
